This past week while our family was on our Branson Staycation, we did the downtown Branson Trolley Tour, and I have to say we had so much fun!
If you’re unfamiliar with the Branson trolley system, let me tell you a bit about it! There are four trolley’s that stop at 13 locations continuously throughout the day in downtown Branson. It is free, and the air conditioning worked great on a hot summer day! There are four steps getting up into the trolley. There were approximately 20 seats on board. With wide aisles, it was easy to get the stroller on and off. We went on a day that was not very busy so if you catch the trolley on a busy day you might have a hard time maneuvering your stroller through a busy trolley. But we did not have any issues with that.
We parked our car at Chick-fil-A. We ate lunch at CFA and then waited for the trolley to arrive, which did not take long… Then we just enjoyed the ride. The trolley stops at the library, the Branson City RV Park, and The Branson Landing, just to name a few. The longest we had to wait for a trolley at any one spot was about 10 to 15 minutes, although they say the trolley may take up to 30 minutes to arrive. BUT the cool thing is that you can go to their website and track each trolley through GPS, so you can have an estimation on its’ ETA at your particular stop. The whole loop only takes 45 minutes and each trolley stops at the same 13 locations. It goes all around downtown Branson with very convenient and easy to access stops.
We had a lot of fun and honestly I was a little sad that we had not done this sooner. We all really enjoyed it. And we will definitely do it again!
Go check out their website at HERE for additional information.
I hope you check it out, and I’ll see you in Branson!
